LEADERSHIP

 Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to lead or guide other individuals, teams or entire organization. Leadership can also be reffered to as the act of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal. Leadership can also be seen as a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others towards the achievement of goal. According to others point of view, leadership is a practical fact, that comprises of a leader and followers. And a leader is simply a person or organization that leads. A leader can also be reffered to as an individual or organization that leads, direct, and conduct other individuals to the right path, in order to accomplish a mission. But in general, leadership is simply the capacity and capability to lead and direct by the application of wisdom, knowledge and skill. 

     Some of the major criterials to good leadership are  patient, discipline, commitment, knowledge and skills. This means that, the possibility of having a good leadership, is only if the leader has the above mentioned qualities. Good leadership can only be obtain, if the leader understands his followers by not loosing temper or anger when they are wrong, but rather, correcting and teaching them the right way to always follow. Good leadership can also be achieved, if the leader is of discipline. This means that, for good leadership to occur, the leader must always be a person of integrity, honest, truthful, and  straightforward to his followers, by also teaching them to always do same in any path  they follow. Good leadership can also be obtain, if the leader develop a sense of responsibility and commitment to impact the lives of his followers by leading them into the right way, and also teaching them to always be committed in every path they take. Good leadership is also achievable, through the application of knowledge and skill. This means that, for good leadership to occur, the leader must have the skill and knowledge, to be able to guide and direct his followers the right path to choose, and by also impacting it in them, in order to achieve the desired goal. This is all because, good leadership requires a good and capable leader, before a goal can be achieved in a particular group or organization. 

    In conclusion, leadership, most importantly good leadership, is a term that requires a capable and knowledgeable individual, that have the skills and qualities to lead and direct the people into the right path.
